Eva Galler and her two siblings( ages.15,16)were told to jump out of the train car. The train was heading to the death camp and her father told her , her brother and sister , that as the oldest they should jump and see if one of them lives. Eva jumped last as the "SS people" sat on top of the rail cars firing there guns. They shot at her and her siblings many times, but no bullets hit her. When she no longer herd the train she got up, only to find her brother and sister dead, the only one she found alive was her friend ( no name) who currently lives in New York.
She said "And the first thing I did, I took off my star, and I promised myself never again will I ever wear a star.' Her story is truly phenomenal!
